Opening their first British branch in Cardiff in 2017, their famous pizzas soon became the star attraction of their menus! 

The dough takes 48 hours to prepare before it is placed in the Traditional Pizza Oven which is partially made from the lava of Mount Etna. This is real theatre coupled with real tastes, they do not adapt their ingredients or recipes to cater to different palates – their cuisine is cooked the proper Italian way.
