Oasis announce 2025 reunion tour, kicking off in Cardiff

Oasis is set to launch their highly anticipated reunion tour in 2025, starting in Cardiff. The iconic band will perform at the Principality Stadium on July 4 and 5, marking the first time brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher will share the stage since their split in 2009.

The reunion tour will also take the band to Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin, with more international dates expected to be announced later this year. The Cardiff shows hold special significance, as the band last performed there in June 2009, just months before Noel left the group, citing irreconcilable differences with his brother Liam.

Tickets for the UK shows, including Cardiff, will go on sale on Saturday, August 31, at 9:00 AM BST. Dublin tickets will be available an hour earlier at 8:00 AM BST. Pricing details are yet to be confirmed.

Despite their Manchester roots, Oasis has strong ties to Wales. Their longtime manager, Marcus Russell, hails from Ebbw Vale, and the band’s early career saw them recording at Monnow Valley Studio in Monmouthshire. Although initial tracks from their debut album, *Definitely Maybe*, were scrapped for lacking the raw energy of their live performances, the album ultimately became the UK's fastest-selling debut at the time.
